New Patient Exams
in Chicago and Oak Lawn Park
If you are interested in our services, contact our warm and caring staff at our Oak Lawn or Orland Park locations today to get started.
What New Patients Can Expect
When you arrive for your new patient exam, you will first be greeted by our friendly receptionist. If you have not already filled out your new patient questionnaire, she will have you do this so we can properly evaluate your needs but we keep paperwork to a minimum as we are more interested in what you have to say. If you have financial questions, she will answer these along with telling you about the doctor and his qualifications. You will be given a folder with all the basic information you need to review at your convenience.
X-Rays and Treatment Plan
Next, you will meet our efficient and caring staff as we take the necessary X-rays, and in many cases, a 3D cone beam scan that will allow Dr. Agarwal to view all of your oral structures in a full 360-degree view.
As a new patient, the staff will discuss any issues you feel you have with your teeth, including any improvements you would like to make to your mouth and teeth appearance.
After discussing your dental goals and concerns, Dr. Agarwal will conduct a thorough oral examination, including screening for cancer, and review your treatment plan with you.
Our patient coordinator meets with you to work out the details of your upcoming treatment and financial arrangements and as often possible, we get you started that very same day.
