New Patient Exams

What to Expect During Your New Patient Exam

When you arrive for your new patient exam, you will first be greeted by our friendly receptionist. If you have not already filled out your new patient questionnaire, she will have you do this so we can properly evaluate your needs, but we keep paperwork to a minimum as we are more interested in what you have to say. If you have financial questions, she will answer these along with any other questions. You will be given a folder with all the basic information you need to review at your convenience.

Exam, Digital X-Rays and Consultation

Next, we take digital X-rays and a 3D cone beam scan as needed to enable us to view all of your oral structures in a full 360-degree view.

As a new patient, the staff will discuss any issues you feel you have with your teeth, including any improvements you would like to make to teeth appearance.

After discussing your dental goals and concerns, the doctor will conduct a thorough oral examination, including screening for cancer.
